Returns and exchanges

Lemon the Lop accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, sale items, and clearance items are not returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact Lemon the Lop within 7 days of delivery if an order arrived damaged or incorrect. Orders are completed through Lemon’s existing store, where any additional checkout policies apply.
